Observation

0165(2)(a): on the kitchen floor a piece of a plastic bag was accessible to an 18-month child. 0165(3)(a): out doors play area has an AC unit that has sharp blades that can project items to children. 0165(3)(e): emergency pathway has a window opening where children can trip and fall into. 0165(4)(d): during nap time music was loud, unable to hear conversations. 0165(4)(f): backyard play area by the AC unit there are stairs accessible to children. Dispute Description: I was never informed about the stairs needing a gate but as they're job they were to inform me about the stairs needing a gate and not yelling at me telling me "you should know this". The music was loud but not to the point where you couldn't hear conversations. That emergency pathway is no longer an emergency exit. The AC did have the net loose but it did not have anything sharp to harm the children in my care. That same day we fixed everything was told that needed to be fixed. The kitchen floor was cleaned that very same day and we vacuumed and mopped the floors like we always do in our daily routine.
